2. Receive Your Doctor’s Response
After you make your payment, our doctor will convey their opinion to you as soon as possible through the platform you used to ask your question. If our doctor does not respond within 12 hours, we will refund your money.
3. End the Conversation
After our doctor shares their opinion, they will conclude the conversation by obtaining your approval. If you wish to consult our doctor again at another time, you can send us your question and, after making your payment, our doctor will assist you in the same way.
