Hekimify does not store any health-related information you share. Health-related data is only accessible to the doctor you contact and is permanently deleted from our systems once the consultation is completed. Your health information is not linked with other data, such as your name, email address, or phone number. Therefore, Hekimify has no way of knowing who asked what.

Billing Data:

When a payment is made, the following information is retained solely for invoicing purposes in compliance with legal requirements:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number

This information is used exclusively for issuing invoices and fulfilling legal obligations. It is not processed for any other purposes and is not linked to your health information in any way.

  • When a payment is made, your name, address, email address, and phone number are included on the invoice due to legal obligations.
