  1. Service Description

Hekimify is a platform aimed at providing users with quick and expert answers to medical questions. However, the responses provided are general information and advisory in nature. The information provided through Hekimify does not replace a definitive diagnosis or treatment plan. A physical examination and evaluation by a specialist doctor are necessary for serious health-related issues.

  1. User Responsibilities

Users undertake that the questions they submit through Hekimify contain accurate, complete, and honest information about their health status.
Users agree to use Hekimify services only for legal purposes.
Users agree not to perform any actions that could harm our systems or endanger the safety of other users.

  1. Responsibility for Provided Information

Hekimify offers general advisory services through expert doctors in response to user inquiries. However:

  • Hekimify does not guarantee any diagnosis or treatment.
  • The services are for informational and advisory purposes only; they do not replace detailed medical evaluations such as physical examinations and laboratory results.
  • If you notice any deterioration in your health condition, you should immediately consult a healthcare facility.
  1. Payments and Fees

Hekimify services are offered for a specific fee. Fees are stated at the time you use the service, and your approval is obtained during the payment process.
Payment transactions are conducted securely, and users are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information.
In the event that the service cannot be provided (e.g., due to a technical issue), refunds will be evaluated in accordance with our policies.

  1. Refund Policy

At Hekimify, we prioritize user satisfaction. However, refunds may be issued in certain exceptional circumstances.

5.1 Failure to Respond in a Timely Manner
If Hekimify cannot respond to your inquiry within the stated time (e.g., 12 hours), the fee you paid will be refunded to you.
Refund requests will be automatically evaluated after the service period has expired, and you will be informed.

5.2 Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with our service, we kindly ask you to inform us.
You must communicate your dissatisfaction to us within 3 days of the service being provided.
If your complaint is evaluated and it is determined that Hekimify is at fault, a refund will be issued.

5.3 Refund Process
After your refund requests are evaluated and approved, your fee will be refunded to your account within 5-10 business days, depending on the method of payment.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

Hekimify protects users’ personal and medical information with great care. However, the following conditions apply during the operation of the service:

  • Your medical information is only viewed by the relevant doctor during the consultation process and is permanently deleted from the system after the service is completed.
  • Your personal information (name, address, email, and phone number) stored for billing purposes is kept securely only in accordance with legal requirements and is not shared with third parties.

  1. Service Limitations

Hekimify does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted and error-free. There may be disruptions in service due to technical issues, maintenance work, or force majeure. In such cases, Hekimify’s liability is limited.

  1. Abuse of the Application

Hekimify reserves the right to terminate a user’s access to the service in the event of abuse. Examples of abuse include:

  • Sharing misleading information,
  • Using the service for disruptive or illegal purposes,
  • Attempts to damage systems.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, logos, graphics, and other materials belonging to Hekimify are the property of Hekimify. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Hekimify cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses that may arise directly or indirectly. The use of the service is entirely the user’s responsibility.

Hekimify reserves the right to change these terms of use and refund policy at any time. Changes to the terms will take effect on the date they are announced on the website or app. Users are encouraged to regularly check the updated terms.
